Project summary

We were selected by the Colombian Businesses Association (ANDI for its acronym in Spanish), through a competition process, to support them in developing a tool-kit for measuring social investment projects. The goal is to strengthen business‘ capacity to optimize social investments through monitoring and evaluation.

The work process included developing a set of guidelines for measuring and evaluating businesses‘ social investment projects as well as the design of a workshop methodology to strengthen these capacities through the discussion of particular cases with firms.
